Kings Lake Estates Property Owners Association


Please take notice that the 2019 Annual Meeting of the Members of Kings Lake Estates P.O.A. (the “Association”), a Texas non-profit corporation, will be held on Wednesday, August 7th at 7:00 p.m. at The Overlook of Atascocita 20114 Pinehurst Dr, Atascocita, TX 77346.  The meeting will be held for the following purpose:

Election of one (1) Directors for three (3) year terms.

If you would like to run for an open Director position, please submit your name to the Association, and your name will be placed on the ballot at the 2019 Annual Meeting.  For your name to be on the ballot at the annual meeting, all nominations must be received by noon, July 22nd. You may (1) mail to: KLE c/o Community Asset Management (“CAM”), 9802 FM 1960 Bypass-W, Suite 210, Humble, Texas 77338, (2) fax to 281-852-9111, or (3) email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. If your nomination is received in a timely manner, your name will be placed on the ballot.

Your input is important to the Association, and we urge you to attend the 2019 Annual Meeting.  On the other hand, by a later mailing all members will receive an absentee ballot form for them to use if they cannot attend the meeting.  The sole purpose of the absentee ballot is to allow your vote to still count if you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting.
